From My perspective

As a church, we are currently working through a strategic plan for the church that I developed in conjuction with a project for Dallas Theological Seminary. It is my intention to utilize the Sunday evening worship setting to communicate the highlights of this statement. I believe that this information might be beneficial to anyone who many visit this site and desire to gain a more complete picture of mission and interests of our church.  Most recently, I have shared the vision statement and the core values which appear on the home page of this site.

Clearly, these are challenging days as we develop and implement a vision that seeks to fufill the Lord's mandate for our existance. The challenge is always to approach change in such a manner so as to adequately understand the past, correctly evaluate the present and carefully plan for the future.

Our desire is not to simply mimic everyone else, but to wisely understand our times and bring forth worship that is true and authentic; always mindful that our efforts in ministry at their core level reflect our highest... or lowest appreciation of God and manifest our truest apprehension of His work in our lives.
